Rental Terms & Conditions

Welcome to revu! We are thrilled to offer you a seamless and enjoyable dress rental experience. Please take a moment to review our rental terms and conditions, as they outline the guidelines for renting with us.

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Rental Period
Flexible Rental Options: You can select your rental period starting from 7 days up to 35 days, depending on your needs. The rental period begins on the day your dress is delivered.

Extension Requests: If you need to extend your rental period, please contact us at least two days before your original rental period ends. Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

2. Rental Duration & Fees Rental Duration:
We charge a weekly rate for dress rentals. Minimum dress rental duration is 1 week, up to 5 weeks.

Rental Cost: The rental fee is calculated based on the duration of the rental period and is listed on the product page. Price range of our inventory is based on the original list price of the dress. List prices of dresses in our collection range from $79.00 - $495.00.

3. Shipping & DeliveryShipping Options:
We offer standard and express shipping. Flat rate rental shipping cost includes the cost to ship the dress to you and the cost to return the dress to us.

Delivery Timing: We aim to deliver your dress 1-2 days before your selected rental period begins. Please provide accurate event details during checkout to ensure timely delivery.

4. Return PolicyReturn Deadline:
Dresses must be postmarked/tracked by the final rental date using the pre-paid return label provided.

Late Returns: If the dress is not returned on time, a late fee of will be charged. If the dress is not returned within 14 days following the return date, it will be considered a purchase, and you will be charged the full retail value.

Return Process: Place the dress in the included return packaging and tape on the included return label. Leave the return parcel in your mailbox for USPS or drop it off at the designated shipping carrier. If you lose the return label, please contact us for a replacement.

5. Dress Condition
Inspection: Each dress is inspected before shipping to ensure it is in excellent condition. Please inspect the dress upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours if there are any issues.

Damage Policy: We understand minor wear is inevitable. However, if the dress is returned with significant damage beyond normal wear, you may be charged a repair fee. If the dress is irreparable, you will be responsible for the full retail value.

Cleaning: Dry cleaning is included in the rental fee. Please do not attempt to clean the dress yourself.

6. Cancellations & RefundsCancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled up to 7 days before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will incur a cancellation fee of $10.

Refunds: Refunds for cancellations or returns (minus any applicable fees) will be processed within 5 business days of cancellation or dress return.

7. Fit Guarantee
Sizing: We provide detailed measurements for each dress to help you choose the correct size. Please see our resource page for tutorials on how to take your measurements. If your dress doesn’t fit, please contact us within 24 hours for an exchange, subject to availability.

Fit Assistance: If you're unsure about sizing or need guidance, our customer service team is available to provide personalized assistance and recommendations to ensure you select the best size for your event.Minor

Alterations: Minor alterations, such as hemming or strap length adjustments, are permitted on all revu rentals. If, based on your measurements, you anticipate needing minor alterations, please plan your dress rental duration with enough time for you to get alterations done. If you’re unsure about a particular alteration, contact us for guidance.

8. Customer Responsibility
Proper Care: While the dress is in your possession, please treat it with care. Avoid situations that could cause significant damage, such as exposure to smoke, oils, or other substances that could stain.

Lost or Stolen Dresses: In the unfortunate event that a dress is lost, stolen, or damaged, you will be responsible for the full retail value.
