We recommend booking your dress rental at least three weeks in advance of your event date, to ensure availability and allow time for processing and shipping.
If the dress doesn’t fit, please do not remove the tag. We offer free exchanges and will do our best to get the best fit for you as quickly as possible. Contact us immediately at hello@shoprevu.com in the case of any fit issues.
Our standard rental period is 5 days. This allows you to receive the dress a few days before your event and return it a few days after. Traveling or need more time, choose from flexible rental periods up to 5 weeks. Of course, you can always purchase the dress as well by selecting “Buy” instead of “Rent.”
Returning your dress rental is easy! There is no need to launder your dress before returning it to us. We utilize USPS for all shipping and returns. Fold or roll your dress and place it inside the return package. Tape the prepaid return label to your package and place it in your mailbox for pickup or you can drop it off at any USPS location.
Do you allow customizations or alterations?
Yes, basic alterations, such as hemming and strap shortening, are permitted on all of our dress rentals. Please just let us know how the gown was altered.
